What NOT to do...

This is an example of what not to do. The previous contractor did not cut out a custom piece of OSB, which we do every time there is bad wood, but instead put this piece of SofTite. Then it leaked after 15 years, and then a contractor shingled over top of shingles, which we do not do, and it leaked after only 5 years.
